How does your recruitment process work?

First, send us your job description and other operational requirements, we will then source, screen, interview and send you the list of the finest candidates. Then choose which candidates you’d like to interview via Skype. If none of our candidates meet your requirements, we will keep on looking for the right candidate that is suitable for the role.

 

How can I attract the finest Candidates?

Having a great and detailed job description is one of the key components on how to attract the best candidates for your vacant role. During the interview, it’s imperative to discuss and outline your company’s culture, qualities and why your company is a great place to work.

 

What is my offshore staffs working schedule?

We will match your offshore staffs’ working schedule based on your preferred time zone. Normally, full time staffs work 9 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break and part time staffs work 4 hours per day.

 

How soon my staff can start working? 

Your offshore staff can start once you completed the following requirements (Signed Client Services Agreement and (1) Month Advance Security Deposit/Separation Pay/13th Month Pay. Once we have received the following, we will brief your staff regarding work schedule and other requirements.

 

What about terminating my offshore staff? 

In the first three months your offshore staff is on a probationary period. Throughout this time you can terminate your offshore staff within 15 working days. After three months 30 days notice is mandatory.

 

Why do I need your staff leasing service?

Simple, our rates are highly competitive compare to your local rates. Also, there is a lot that should go into the process, and there is a huge amount of work that’s required in hiring your own offshore staffs in the Philippines, such as:

Always include them in your weekly team meetings, so that they’re always on the same track as the other team members and lastly, keep all possible lines of communication open.

What is your invoicing process?

Your 1st invoice is for the (1) Month Advance (Security Deposit/Separation Pay/13th Month Pay) and for the remaining working days for that month, this must be paid prior to your offshore staff starting date. On the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice for 1 month in advance and adjusted for actual hours worked in the previous month, then you’re required to settle your offshore staff salary or invoice on every 5th of the month as we need to settle your staff salary every 15th and 30th of the month. As you can see it’s very important that all contractors are paid on time.

 

How do you accept payment?

International Money Transfer or Western Union (Excluding Transfer Fees)

 

Client basic obligations for their offshore staff benefits?

  • Prorated Separation Pay or 13th Month Pay, Equivalent to (1) Month Staff Salary for (6) Months of Rendered Service.
  • Paid Public Holidays (19 Days)
  • Overtime Pay (Equivalent to Agreed Hourly Rate)

 

Contract Duration Options?

  • 30 Days Paid Trial
  • 3,6,12,24,36 Months Contract

 

What if my offshore staff wants to take a vacation or sick leave?

No work, no pay

 

What if I require my staff to work overtime?

You will be billed at the agreed and updated hourly rate of your offshore staff.

 

How about Public holidays?

Twelve (12) paid holidays regular holidays and seven (7) special holidays per year as provided under Proclamation No. 831 (2015 Declared Holidays) Normally, your offshore staff will request to take the day off, but it always depends on your preference, if you would like your offshore staff to work on Philippines’ public holidays or on your local public holidays or totally require them to work on these days, but subject for additional billing.

How does the hiring process work?
We will pre-screen candidates and only send you the best resumes. You then decide which candidates to interview and hire. If none are suitable, we will continue searching until we find the right candidate.

Once I decide whom to hire, how soon can they start?
Allow at least 3 days so you can sign and return the Client Services Agreement, engagement requirements and  your 1 month advanced security deposit. Once we have received the folowing, we will then brief your staff’s regarding other requirements and work schedule, then install them to our payroll and management system so they are ready for their 1st shift. All paperwork must be completed prior to the staff’s start date.

How do you attract the best candidates?
Start with a great job description outlining why your company is a great place to work. When interviewing its important to sell the merits of your company.

What if I want to terminate a contractor?

Why should I use your service instead of scouting for candidates myself?
Very simply there is a huge amount of work that goes into hiring offshore staff. We pre screen candidates, do reference checks and take care of operation infrastructures, payroll and HR requirements. There is a lot that should go into the process, such as advertising across multiple job websites and searching large resume databases, short-listing applicants, interviewing, collecting references, testing, etc.

Remaining Work Days for that month, let’s say (15 Days) = $1,000

2nd Invoice
1st of Each Month = $2,000
(You’re required to settle your invoice on every 5th of the month as we need to settle your staff salary
every 15th and 30th of the month)

3rd Invoice

What if the employee is sick or wants to take holidays?
There wil be no sick or holiday pay, you only pay for hours worked.

What about overtime?
Overtime is charged at the normal regular hourly rate.

What about Public Holidays?
Its up to you if you would like your staff to work on Philipines public holidays. Some staff will request to have off during Philippines public holidays.
