Job Description

The Web Develope/Designer/ is a skilled and experienced developer/designer responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining our company site and potential clients'. They will collaborate with the marketing and design teams, and work within a definitive set of requirements, specifications, and constraints. The right fit should be able to receive creative requests and execute them successfully, have a strong preference to work collaboratively and be part of a team and approach the work with curiosity and attention to detail to ensure requests are delivered successfully and on time.

Qualifications

• Currently Residing in Olongapo City, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, or Subic Town
• Bachelors Degree of Related Courses
• 3-4+ Years of Work Experience in related field (Proficient Level)
• Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
• Can work under pressure with minimum Supervision
• Willing to undergo Trainings
• Willing to Work on Holidays (Swing)
• Great Time Management Skills
• Programming Skill Set (Wordpress, Hugo, Gatsby, Etc.)
• Design Skill Set (Knows how to Navigate UI/UX Tools: Figma, UX Pin, Etc.)
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Apps, Related Apps and Software)
• With Sense of Accountability, Responsibility and Ownership.
• Related Work Experience is an Advantage, but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing mobile-ready websites from prototype
• Able to grasp the concept of the design based on the prototype
• Can deliver based on SLA
• Proactive at providing feedback about the design (if it's too complicated, will not work, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
